Job Coaching for Workers with FASD

People with an FASD usually defy our expectations and can baffle even the most experienced job coach.  This webinar will prepare you to understand common functional challenges experienced by individuals living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders as these issues occur in the workplace.  Using real life examples, we will go on to suggest tools and accommodations that you can use to support these individuals in obtaining and maintaining successful employment.

About the Presenter

Jackie Wille is the owner of Workability, LLC, where she has provided job coaching, job development, vocational assessments, and rehabilitation counseling services to hundreds of individuals with multiple barriers to employment for the last 25 years as a contracted provider for the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Department of Labor.  She also is a board member and the Communications and Training Director at Orchids FASD Services where she facilitates a virtual FASD Support Series for family and professional caregivers each month.
